- This a second floor unit. You will need to climb a steep set of stairs in order to access the unit. Please keep this in mind when booking the property.
- Stairs are located right above first unit bedroom. Keep this in mind when going up and down the stairs, specially with pets and children.
- This unit is not ideal for small children please keep this in mind when booking. The first floor unit might be a better fit.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
